I have up to five blood samples that require full forensic DNA fingerprinting. Your task is to extract the DNA, generate clear STR profiles, and present the results in a court-ready format. I will need:
• a concise chain-of-custody log covering each tube from receipt to data delivery
• electropherograms and allele tables in editable digital files (GeneMapper‐compatible or similar)
• a written report explaining your methodology, the loci examined, and an interpretation of each profile suitable for legal submission
Although the samples are blood, you may note in your methods section how your protocol would differ for saliva or cheek swabs—this helps demonstrate procedural rigor. Turn-round time is important, so let me know your realistic lab schedule and any accreditation you hold (e.g., ISO 17025, FBI QAS).
