Budget: $10 – $30 USD
It is a small project where I cultivated E coli in 15 ml medium and measured amino acids concentrations.
I want to do these calculations:
AA yield on biomass [µmol/gCDW] and yield on glucose [µmol/gGLU]
Specific rate of formation of AA [µmol/(gCDW.h)]
Substrate uptake rate [µmolGLU/(gCDW.h)]
