Business Operations Assistant for Biotech

I run a company that helps Biotech companies like Illumina automate the process of reading through articles on PubMed.gov.
I am looking for someone who has the following skill sets:
- Business Operations Generalist: Conducting market researcher, drafting emails, putting together slide decks, and overseeing project timelines.
- Biotechnology background: I need someone who has familiarity with emerging biotechnology such as NGS (next-generation sequencing), single-cell analysis, spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, etc. You don't need deep expertise, but should be comfortable reading abstracts about these technologies and understanding their basic applications in research and drug development.
NOTE: I will not consider your bid on this project unless you answer the following question in your bid: "What experience or training do you have that allows you to understand scientific medical literature, such as genomics?"
