Im doing a retrospective analysis for a poster presentation.
I am collecting retrospective data for Cancer patient who underwent treatment.
These patients are on follow up.
I have to check their treatment response at 6 weeks after treatment is completed.
Primary end point of the study: Response to treatment - Complete response, Partial Response and Poor response.
I need to calculate minimum sample size required for the study.
I have a similar study done by someone else if it required by biostatician who have similar end points for their study. I have attached it as a reference study.
