Biostatistical Incidence & Demographics Analysis
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a clean dataset of 250 subjects ready for a full biostatistical work-up. My primary goal is to assess incidence rates, then dig deeper into how those rates vary across key demographics—specifically Age and Gender.
Here is the scope I need covered:
• Descriptive summaries of the sample’s age and gender profile.
• Incidence calculations with confidence intervals.
• Chi-square tests (or Fisher’s where counts are small) to compare categorical outcomes across age strata and between males and females.
• Mann-Whitney tests for any non-parametric continuous comparisons I flag during the hand-over.
• Logistic regression models to explore associations between selected predictors and the outcome, including an age-group subgroup analysis.
• Clear, publication-ready tables and concise interpretation notes so that I can drop the results straight into a manuscript.
