Accessing Biomedical Datasets through APIs
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Looking for someone with a biomedical background who is good at accessing APIs and large public datasets. This project will require you to have live conversations with me in English, so you must feel comfortable doing that.
You will be testing out various biomedical dataset APIs and seeing what kinds of data they contain (eg returning the header + first few rows).
You will also need to creatively search for related biomedical datasets on the open web.
