The person in the footage is partially obscured (wearing a beanie and face mask), so traditional facial recognition may not be effective. We need someone who can perform a reliable comparison using body biometrics, gait analysis, posture, and any other advanced techniques. This is for a formal report that may be submitted to police or used in legal proceedings, so experience with forensic-level documentation is essential.
What we need:
