ESSL Biometric Attendance Live Data Fetching and Integration with Payroll Web App

I need a skilled developer to fetch live attendance data from the ESSL Security Bio-metric Attendance Machine into my existing payroll web application.

Key Integrations:
- User attendance tracking: I want a seamless method to monitor user attendance through the webapp.
- Employee clock-in/clock-out: This should track the clock-in and clock-out times of employees accurately.
- Real-time data synchronization: The webapp should reflect real-time data from the attendance machine.
- LAN IP based data retrieval: I need the capability to retrieve data based on local network ip.


Access Level:
- All users: The biometric attendance data should be accessible to all users of the webapp, not just admins or managers.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
