Imaging Analysis on Tumor Explants

This project looks at the testing and evaluation of immuno-modulators, such as bispecific T-cell engagers, on bioengineered patient-derived tumor explants. Tumor explants are essentially chunks of the patient's tumor, which, when cultured in optimized conditions, can potentially preserve the original tissue composition and architecture ex vivo.
