I need a wildlife biologist

Monitoring behavior of nesting bald eagles during a construction project. Project is located in Mount Gilead, NC and monitoring is required starting 30 minutes before sunrise for a duration of 4 hours on 3 days each week. Duration of the monitoring could be as short as one week or as long as several months depending on continuation of the home construction.
