I need a biologist report for approval for a lot split in El Dorado County

Hi there. I need documentation from a qualified biologist stating whether there is the potential for wetland and/or habitat for special status species on a project site in Placerville. This does not require a full protocol-level survey, but should be able to be a quick review based on present site conditions. Given that the entire parcel has been previous disturbed and there are multiple buildings on site, I’m hoping it should be fairly straightforward for a biologist to identify the potential for wetlands and/or habitat. If there appears to be no evidence of such features, I would need a biologist's memo reflecting that conclusion.
