Short Biological Assessment
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a report to get out of a grading violation for fixing an eroding roadside on my property. My land is in Shelter Cove, Humboldt County , California on the following three lots parcel numbers 111-011-011-000, 111-011-054-000, 111-011-025-000.

"There is one other report that will be needed for me to be able to recommend approval on the project. According to aerial imagery and wildlife mapping it looks like your property has the potential to have 4 species of endangered plants or animals. Would you mind having a qualified biologist do a short biological assessment of your site to confirm whether or not those species are there?
Generally, it would need to be someone who works in the field and is considered a Biologist by trade. What makes someone qualified is the prior work they have done as a Biologist. There are no aquatic species on the property, but there could be multiple plant species and/or insect and bird species. A short report would suffice, but there are many consulting agencies in Humboldt County, and I believe any one of them could draft something quickly."
