Hair product development

Need a recipe for a hair growth butter and a hair growth oil using herbs that are not regularly used in more hair products. My hair has been the same length for 3 years and I would like to formulate a product to help grown kinky curly hair

I am hoping that someone knows of herbs used to increase hair growth
