Explanation of parameters of Liver Function Test

I want an individual contribution/effect of each parameter of the Liver Function Test on the liver. Like if one of the parameters, say, GGT, is increased or decreased from its normal range, how will the liver color/texture change or how will it affect the blood flow in the liver?
