Cell fractionation

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a cell fractionation project. The purpose of this project is to isolate specific organelles from animal tissue. The preferred method of cell fractionation is differential centrifugation.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with cell fractionation techniques, specifically differential centrifugation
- Knowledge of animal tissue handling and preparation
- Familiarity with organelle isolation and purification methods
