Spatial Transcriptomics Data Analysis

I need help analyzing spatial transcriptomics data from three lung biopsies of patients with a specific lung disease.

The analysis should include:
- Differential expression analysis
- Cell type identification
- Spatial patterning analysis

I have specific cell markers and reference datasets that I would like to use.

Please use Seurat for this analysis.
