RNA sequencing data interpretation

I have analyzed data for bacterial rna seq. The bacteria were treated with specific compounds. the RNA seq data compares the treated and untreated bacterial samples. need someone to interpret the data with reference to the metabolic pathways, and the significant changes that happened due to the treatment.
