Need a bioinformatics expert for working on annotation and rna

I am looking for a bioinformatics expert who can assist me with both annotation and RNA analysis. I have a specific dataset that I would like to work with. The ideal candidate should have experience in bioinformatics, with a focus on gene annotation and RNA analysis. The expected outcome of the project is the identification of novel genes and differentially expressed genes.
