The project involves the design of TaqMan primer probes for 6-10 different organisms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, specifically in the design of nucleic acid probes and primers.
**Requirements:**
- Expertise in molecular biology or bioinformatics.
- Proven experience in designing TaqMan primers and probes.
- Ability to identify specific gene sequences for multiple organisms and design appropriate primers and probes.
- Knowledge of bacterial and viral genetics is a plus.
