Genetic Mutation Analysis for Cancer

I need a comprehensive analysis to identify survival analysis on genes and multiple genes analysis using the mRNA clinical datasets to plot the KM plotter. Gene analysis using mass spectrometry and RNA sequencing datasets.
Ideal skills and experience:
