Bioinformatics- developing RNA sequence analysis pipeline

The project involves developing a RNA sequence analysis pipeline from command line(using bash). It involves performing quality control, mapping the given sequence with the reference genome(reference genome and annotation provided),differential expression,down stream analysis followed by RNA-seq varient calling.
