Bioinformatics analysis of RNA-sequencinig data

I am looking for a bioinformatics expert to assist with the analysis of RNA-sequencing data. The goal of the analysis is to identify differentially expressed genes and detect pathway analysis to gain insights into biological processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in bioinformatics analysis of RNA-sequencing data
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with bioinformatics software and tools such as DESeq2, edgeR, and Cufflinks
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology and genomics
- Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner
The project involves analyzing less than 10 samples, so expertise in handling small-scale datasets is preferred. As the client, I am open to suggestions regarding the specific bioinformatics software or tool to be used for the analysis.
