Allele-specific Expression Analysis with RNA-seq Data
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a case-control experiment for which I need assistance with allele-specific expression analysis. I have BAM and VCF files from the RNA-seq data, but I lack genome-wide phase information.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Understanding/ experience specifically in allele-specific expression analysis
- Experience in handling RNA-seq data
- Familiarity with BAM and VCF files
- Ability to work with case-control experiments for ASE analysis
I'm looking for a freelancer who can guide me in determining the critical areas to focus on. I am a Bioinformatician, but I have never worked in this area. So, I want to understand and make sure the tools and processes that I am using are appropriate for the analysis.
