Microsoft Advertising Specialist Needed – Adult Content Account Setup (Shopping + Search)

## Project Overview
We run an adult products e-commerce store (Shopify-based) and need a Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) expert to correctly set up and troubleshoot our account. We have a Merchant Center store and product feed already created, but are running into eligibility and policy issues specific to adult content that need an experienced hand.
## Current Situation
- Merchant Center store and product feed (TSV, auto-fetch from URL) are already created and connected.
- Attempted to launch a Shopping/Audience campaign and received a `CustomerNotEligibleForAudienceCampaign` error along with an unsupported bidding scheme error.
- Understand that adult products are restricted under Microsoft's Product Ads / Shopping /Audience Network policies, and that a separate Adult Advertising Program application (Search text ads only) may be required.
- Need help determining:
- What can run as Shopping ads (if anything)
- What must run as Search-only adult-approved campaigns
- How to structure the account correctly to avoid store-level disapproval
## Scope of Work
1. Audit our current Merchant Center store, feed, and campaign setup.
2. Advise on and execute the correct campaign structure (Search vs. Shopping vs. Audience) given adult content restrictions.
3. Assist with or review our Adult Advertising Program application for the target market(s).
4. Set up compliant Search campaigns with adult-approved keywords, compliant ad copy, and correct final URLs.
5. Advise on Merchant Center feed structure, including whether non-adult SKUs should be split into a separate store/feed to avoid store-level disapproval.
6. Verify Microsoft UET conversion tracking is firing correctly.
7. Provide a short written summary of the final account structure and why it was chosen.
## Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) accounts.
- Experience with Merchant Center and Shopping campaigns.
- Experience with adult or age-restricted product advertising is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft's Adult Content Policy and Adult Advertising Program.
- Comfortable working with Shopify stores and product feeds.
- Clear communicator who can explain policy limitations in plain language.
## Deliverables
- Correctly configured Microsoft Advertising account.
- Active, compliant Search and/or Shopping campaigns (where permitted).
- Documentation explaining all changes made and the reasoning behind them.
