Microsoft Ads Account & Campaign Setup

We need a freelancer to set up our Microsoft Advertising account and properly set up one exploratory Microsoft Audience Display/Native ad for our free pouch offer. Scope includes account setup, one campaign/ad group, one display/native ad, creative upload, landing URL and UTMs, basic targeting, budget settings, policy/compliance review before launch, and a brief screenshot handoff. Experience with Microsoft Advertising, Bing Ads, Microsoft Audience Ads, Microsoft Display/Native Ads, UET/conversion tracking, UTM tracking, and restricted supplement/product categories preferred. Please quote a flat project fee only - no hourly bids.
