Get Bing to index my website again

Bing stopped indexing my website about a year ago. Its Webmaster Tool said my website hosts malware (which is not true). After some months, the malware error went away and now the Webmaster Tool says no issues in the website, but it is still not indexed by Bing. It has been months now.
My website is a high quality dot com website with a DR of 43, DA of 55 and spam score of 1% with zero malware reports.
