Need an experienced day trader / scalper to generate profits on a weekly basis in Binance Futures

Our company needs an experienced day trader to carry out with day trading to generate profits through Binance USD-M Futures.
Please apple only if you are okay with the following,
1) Payments are strictly through Freelancer and there will be 100$ weekly milestones for provide you with capital initially for trial purposes. After 4 weeks, if you are successful, the trial process will be over and we will consider substantially increasing the weekly pay. And our maximum pay will be 5000$ per week if all goes right.
2) Each milestone will be released / approved only upon delivery of the agreed profits to the specific address. (So for the first milestone, you should have enough capital to trade on Binance as we will not provide an advanced payment)
3) And please do not apply if you are not familiar with Binance future trading
