Report on excel of Balances of tokens 1155 (3 posible types )

Hi i need a query on excel where we can see all balances of tokens 1155 that one user has, as long as the tokens belong to one smart contract. i need wallet, balance, type, only apply if you know how to use Bscscan, or Moralis to execute the query
