I'm seeking an experienced blockchain developer to create customized smart contracts for me on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Tron. The primary functionality of these contracts will be token issuance, and they must adhere to the TRC-20 token standard on Tron.

Key requirements:
- Develop smart contracts for token issuance on three blockchains.
- Ensure compliance with TRC-20 standards on Tron.
- Experience with Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain is a must.
