BEP20 Stable Token contract with transaction tax

I am looking for a BEP20 contract, its going to be a stable coin with transaction tax. With the following functions.

Total supply: 1
Mintable: Yes
Burnable: Yes
Static Rewards:
0.2% of transaction value to be sent to all holders proportionally to their hold amount from total supply.
0.1% of transaction value to be sent to developer wallet.

My conditions are: I create milestone for full amount, once you finish the code I will deploy it and approve it on bsc scan. I will test if all fees and functions are working right. Hopefully in 1-2 hour I will complete all of that and I will release full amount. Worst case scenario is 24 hours, but I will do my best to complete testing in 1-2 hour.
Fair for both of us. You can see my previous jobs, I have good record.
If all good, in future I will hire you for more work. I am planning to launch many products and can also offer full time job in future.
