Looking for a Virtual Assistant – Odoo & Magento (Dropshipping)
I am looking to hire a Virtual Assistant with intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of dropshipping processes to support the daily operations of my online store, which integrates Odoo ERP with a Magento website.
Main Tasks
Order Management & Updates: Confirm receipts, coordinate shipments with the dropshipping supplier, and register tracking numbers in Odoo.
Proactive Customer Support: Answer tickets, emails, and chats in Spanish (occasionally in English) while maintaining a polite, helpful, and solution-oriented tone.
Inventory & Invoicing Management: Monitor virtual stock levels, upload supplier invoices, and reconcile any discrepancies between Odoo and the Magento panel.
Order Fulfillment: Place orders with the supplier when necessary and ensure that promised dispatch times are met.
My workflow is already fully established; I need someone to execute it with discipline, detect issues, and propose small improvements when they see them. If you master the basic functions of Odoo and understand dropshipping logic, you will fit right in.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of eCommerce basics, dropshipping processes, and excellent customer service skills.
