Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end billing process, ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices, and support efficient revenue collection.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
Process billing adjustments, credits, and refunds
Reconcile billing records with accounts receivable
Respond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with sales, accounting, and customer service teams
Maintain accurate billing records and generate reports as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting
Strong proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
