Install Jasmin & PlaySMS Billing

I need Jasmin installed, fully configured as an SMPP backend (routing, DLR engine, the works) and seamlessly linked to a PlaySMS portal so I can start selling traffic straight away. The setup has to support a proper reseller billing workflow: every reseller must see traffic rated against their own price tables, receive accurate invoices, and access real-time usage information.

Reporting requirements are set:
• Traffic reports that break down SMS volume by period, show success versus failure rates, and highlight destination statistics.
• Rate-analysis reports so each reseller can verify the margins on their routes.
• Client invoicing reports that can be exported and shared without additional manual work.

Deliverables will be accepted once:
1. Jasmin and PlaySMS are both running on my server, integrated and reachable from the web.
2. Routing, DLR processing, and sender-ID handling are demonstrably functional through live tests.
3. Reseller accounts can be created, assigned rate tables, and billed automatically with invoices reflecting real traffic.
4. The three report sets above generate correctly from the portal dashboard.
