Healthcare Staffing Billing Support

I need a detail-oriented billing specialist who already understands the rhythm of healthcare staffing. Your top focus will be our client aging report follow-ups—especially the 30-, 60-, and 90+-day buckets—so overdue balances are chased promptly and diplomatically.

Day-to-day you will:
• Generate, submit, and reconcile weekly invoices pulled from our scheduling platform.
• Track every outstanding payment inside our aging report, note outreach attempts, and escalate slow accounts.
• Liaise with our factoring company: upload new invoices, clear exceptions, match remittances, and resolve any short-pays or reversals.
• Keep our reverse-invoice records tidy so AR, payroll, and cash-flow snapshots always match.

I’m looking for someone who has already worked with either a healthcare or general staffing agency and can speak the language of factoring portals, UCC statements, and fee schedules without a learning curve. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
