US Healthcare RCM Projects Needed

I am ready to outsource several bite-sized revenue-cycle assignments from my US provider clients and need a detail-oriented specialist who can slip seamlessly into our existing workflow. The immediate focus is on three core areas:
• Billing & Coding – you will take finalized encounter notes and handle claim submission through the clearinghouse, then manage any re-submissions or corrections that come back.
• Insurance Verification – before we bill, every policy must be verified for eligibility and benefits with zero downtime for the front desk.
• Denial Management & AR Follow-Up – once the remittance arrives, you will track denials, appeal when appropriate, and keep aging buckets clean with proactive follow-ups.
I work primarily with small physician practices, so accuracy and speed matter more than volume. Experience with common practice-management systems, ICD-10/CPT, and HIPAA standards is essential.
Deliverables will be weekly status reports, clean claim files, and aging summaries that show measurable movement in open balances. If you can step in quickly and own these tasks from day one, let’s talk.
