Commercial Billing Engineer, Bangalore Site

I’m looking for a billing engineer who can step straight into our commercial fitout projects in Bangalore and keep the numbers crystal-clear from day one. Your core focus will be twofold: first, generate accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and on-site measurements; second, convert that data into timely, error-free client bills and subcontractor invoices.

You’ll be working closely with my site execution team, so an on-site presence in Bangalore is essential. We already have our BOQ templates and standard formats in place—your job is to own them, refine them where needed, and make sure every claim aligns with contract terms, current progress, and GST rules.

Deliverables I expect
• Detailed quantity estimation sheets for each project milestone
• Draft and final RA bills, certified and ready for submission
• Updated cost summary showing variances against the original budget

If you’re comfortable with common construction billing tools (Excel, AutoCAD for quick cross-checks, and any ERP you prefer), can communicate clearly with site supervisors, and have a track record in commercial builds, let’s connect.
