Business Development For Book Seller Web ERP Software
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a fully-functional Book Seller ERP that already covers everything a modern bookstore, distributor, wholesaler, or publisher needs—dashboard, role-based access, book/author/publisher catalogues, barcode billing, GST-compliant invoices, inventory and stock control with low-stock alerts, purchase & sales tracking, expense logging, detailed reports, backup/restore and a responsive web interface.
What I now need is a specialist who can handle end-to-end deployment for new clients and fine-tune the system to match their day-to-day workflows. The core areas they care about most are Inventory & Stock Management, Purchase & Sales Management, and Reports & Analytics, so those modules must be rock-solid from day one.
Beyond the standard package, the first engagement will involve deeper custom work in three places:
• User Management – finer role hierarchies and multi-branch segregation.
• Billing & Invoicing – extra GST scenarios, alternate print layouts, potential multi-currency.
• Customer & Supplier Management – loyalty tiers, credit limits, and richer contact data.
Deliverables
1. Clean installation on the client’s server (Linux or Windows) with database configuration and barcode printing set-up.
2. Code-level enhancements for the custom items listed above, fully tested.
3. Brief but clear deployment and usage documentation plus a hand-over walk-through.
4. Optionally, an ongoing support arrangement once everything is live.
The current stack is PHP (Laravel), MySQL and a Bootstrap/Vue front end, all version-controlled in Git. I’ll provide full repo access, demo credentials and server logins as soon as we agree on scope.
