Solar Inverter BOM Generation, source code generation, remote monitoring app required, transformeres and inductores details required, wiring diagram required.
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a clear, well-structured Bill of Materials in Excel for a single-phase grid-tie solar inverter platform covering 1 kW, 2 kW, and 3 kW variants. The file should be production-ready, with each line item carrying the exact manufacturer part number I specify, along with footprint, value, package, voltage/current ratings, and brief procurement notes where useful.
Component scope
• Resistors and Capacitors
• Semiconductors (IGBTs/MOSFETs, diodes, control ICs, opto-isolators, etc.)
• Connectors and Cables (AC, DC, communications, sensing)
I will supply the list of preferred brands as soon as we start; please match every part to those manufacturers. Where a part from my list is unavailable, flag it and propose an equivalent from any reputable brand for my approval.
Deliverable
• One Excel workbook, logically tabbed or filtered so I can isolate each power level, with aggregated cost and quantity summaries.
Acceptance
• All components categorized as above, no omissions.
• Correct part numbers aligned with my brand sheet.
• No duplicated references and consistent naming conventions.
If you have experience designing or sourcing for power electronics, you’ll move straight to the top of my shortlist.
