24V Sensor AND PCB Design

Job ID: 40050474

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a compact PCB that takes two 24 V, 3-wire photo-optic sensors and logically ANDs their outputs into a single sinking output. The board must expose nine screw-type terminals—three per sensor, plus 24 V DC, ground, and the combined output—with all terminal names printed clearly on the top silkscreen. Please leave room for my part number and company name on the same side.

Functional notes
• Logic: simple “AND” of the two sensor signals → one sinking output
• Visual feedback: a single-colour LED that mirrors the output state
• Mechanics: four mounting holes, 4 mm diameter, positioned symmetrically to keep the board rigid

Documentation & deliverables
• Schematic diagram (PDF + native file)
• Complete bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers
• Production-ready Gerber and drill files so I can order immediately from any PCB house
• Optional but welcome: editable project file in KiCad, Altium, or another mainstream EDA tool

Please size the card sensibly for panel space, follow standard 24 V industrial spacing/clearance practices, and mark all nets clearly in the design files. Once the job is finished I should be able to drop the package straight into my PCB shop’s upload form, receive the boards, and have everything match the documentation.
