Commercial Construction Materials Cost Estimation for Fit Out stores

Note that we are currently in search for a professional who can help us long term in providing high quality BOQs for our fit out construction company.

For this project: We need a BOQ of a restaurant project. Detailed Quantities and Cost Price of both Materials and Labor.

The actual project is Boat Noodles. I uploaded the Architectural plans, Electrical Plans, and Plumbing Plans in the files section.

You may use the currency of your own country, or USD for the estimates, whichever is convenient for you. For example if you are based in pakistan then the cost of one sack of cement can be valued in the BOQ as PKR 1,350. or if you want to use USD, one sack of cement can be valued at 4 USD.

Please use the Bid Form titled "Bid Form (USE AS FORMAT FOR ESTIMATES) as the format for the estimates to be done.

We also provided an example of how we want the estimates to look like in the excel file titled "EXAMPLE OF BOQ THAT WE NEED".
