SpyFu Cancellation Analytics Dashboard
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m ready to build the first, production-ready slice of our cancellation analytics and need a data-savvy Looker Studio partner.
Here’s what I need you to do:
• Connect Looker Studio directly to the BigQuery project I’ll share.
• Design a lightweight data model that parses our cancellation-flow URLs to extract:
– reason (from query parameters)
– outcome (kept, paused, canceled)
– offer acceptance flag, including whether the user stayed kept or paused
• Produce a one-page Looker Studio report that is interactive with filters. Users must be able to adjust:
– date range
– reason for cancellation
– outcome
• Visuals required on that page:
– a reasons table showing distinct users and percent of total
– a daily trend chart comparing Canceled vs Kept/Paused
Success criteria
• Parsed fields correctly surface every reason and outcome, including offer-driven keeps and pauses.
• Counts reconcile with straightforward BigQuery totals I’ll validate.
• The report loads quickly and is structured so I can extend it in the next milestone.
I’ll provide immediate access to the BigQuery dataset (subset of our GA4 export) so you can move fast.
