Intensive BigQuery One-Week Training

I need a hands-on mentor who can take me from absolute beginner to confident BigQuery user in just seven days. My priority is to get comfortable writing efficient SQL queries inside BigQuery, understanding how the underlying storage works, and seeing how those queries translate into real business insights on live data.

Here’s the rhythm I have in mind: daily one-on-one video calls (60-90 min each) where you walk me through practical scenarios drawn from your own production experience. After every call I’ll work through the same dataset on my side, then we review the results at the start of the next session. By the end of the week I should be able to design a schema, load data, build and test complex queries, and explain the cost implications of each step.

What I value most is practicality. I’m less worried about slides; instead, open the GCP console, BigQuery UI, Cloud Shell, or bq command-line and show me exactly how you solve day-to-day problems. If time permits, a sneak peek at best practices for performance tuning or connecting BigQuery results to other GCP tools would be great, but the core focus remains on querying and SQL fluency.
