GTM, BigQuery, React and Looker

Google Tag Manager stopped recording data when we moved our single QR platform from Webflow to a React single page app. We need a freelancer to reconnect every tag and restore reporting.

What is going wrong:
- After the switch all GA4 events and page views are zero.
- The GTM container loads only on the first page load. Route changes in React are silent.
- BigQuery and Looker Studio now show empty tables so hotel clients see blank reports.
What we have tried
- Re‑installed the GTM snippet in index.html.
- Confirmed the container is published and the GA4 tag has the right measurement ID.
- Used GTM Preview; first load fires, later navigation does not.

- Add proper SPA tracking with history change or dataLayer pushes for page views, events and our custom QR scan event.
- Confirm data flows into GA4 real time, BigQuery and the Looker report.
