BigQuery Developer for SubscriptionPay Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a talented developer who can create a program that accesses the SubscriptionPay admin panel, retrieves payment data and automatic billing data in CSV format, and synchronizes it to a database.
This requires the creation of a BiqQuery database for use with AppSheet and Spreadsheets.
We also ask that you review the existing programs in Google Cloud and organize them by deleting any unused programs.

[CSV Synchronization Program]
① Receive the specified trigger and launch CloudRun.
→Scheduled launch: Launch every hour between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM every day.
→Manual launch: Send a webhook from AppSheet or GAS.
② Log in to the SubscriptionPay admin panel and retrieve the CSV data.
③ Update the data into individual BigQuery tables.
[Creating an Integrated Table]
Create an integrated table for reference in AppSheet and Spreadsheets.
We will also need to integrate payment data from the Stripe payment system for historical payment data.
I'll share a working spreadsheet to show you the configuration we use to create the integrated data to final developer.
[Desired Requirements]
- Fast and smooth synchronization from start to finish
- Ability to process data volumes of tens of thousands of rows
- Ability to integrate data with AppSheet or a spreadsheet
- Ability to start synchronization from AppSheet, GAS, etc.
(Preferably, synchronization should be completed in real time)
- Minimize overall costs
(We plan to use CloudRun and BigQuery to utilize the free tier)
