BigCommerce Theme File Edits - Page Layout Adjustments

Need to take the layout of our eCommerce product pages and optimize them towards increasing Conversion Rates. Original developer that created the 'custom theme template' on BigCommerce, is no longer available for hire after acquiring the storefront.
Need to edit the theme files directly in BigCommerce and rearrange certain sections of the page for better conversion rate practices. Pictures below show slides for every time a potential buyer scrolls. from product -> product description -> related products. Wondering if this information can be condensed or reorganized for simpler and easier interactions for our customers. Maybe less scroll time and reducing 'scrolling' overall on product pages.
