BigCommerce Ergonomic Chair Site Redesign

We’re looking for a skilled BigCommerce designer/developer to modernize and relaunch our ecommerce website for the Healthy Posture Store — a retailer of ergonomic chairs, desks, and workstation accessories.
Our current BigCommerce site is over 10 years old and no longer reflects our brand, product quality, or customer expectations. We serve people with back pain and posture-related issues, so the user experience needs to feel clean, healing-oriented, and professional.
We are open to using a premium BigCommerce theme or a semi-custom design, as long as it aligns with our budget and goals.
Project Goals:
Clean, modern, mobile-friendly site
Better user experience and navigation
Visual refresh that matches our wellness-focused brand
Improved product presentation to drive conversions
Maintain or improve existing SEO structure
Scope of Work:
Recommend and install a new BigCommerce theme (or customize an existing one)
Redesign homepage, product pages, and category pages
Ensure responsive design across devices
Maintain SEO elements (URLs, meta titles, descriptions)
Integrate updated banners or hero images (we’ll provide product photos/text)
Light graphic design support, if needed
Basic setup of site navigation, footer, and cart functionality
Deliverables:
Fully functioning, redesigned BigCommerce website
Polished design aligned with brand values
Easy-to-navigate layout for product discovery
Mobile-optimized and SEO-friendly
Ready for launch within the agreed timeline
