BigCommerce Dropship Automation Workflow app

I run a BigCommerce store and I want every step of my dropship pipeline to run without manual touchpoints. Using only BigCommerce’s native tools and its API, I need a streamlined workflow that:

• Picks up new paid orders the moment they land in my store
• Routes each order to the correct dropship supplier automatically
• Retrieves tracking numbers as soon as the supplier ships
• Triggers the full set of customer emails—order confirmation, shipping status, and final delivery confirmation—each populated with the live tracking link

The solution must keep the order status on BigCommerce perfectly in sync from placement through delivery so customers can always see real-time progress in their account portal.

I’m open to middleware like Zapier or Make if it keeps everything within my store’s ecosystem and remains maintainable without custom servers. Clear, commented scripts or reusable automation recipes are required, along with a concise setup guide so my team can adjust rules or add new suppliers later.

Acceptance criteria:
1. A test order reaches the supplier automatically within 60 seconds of purchase.
2. Tracking returns to BigCommerce and emails fire within 5 minutes of supplier update.
3. Order status transitions are visible on the storefront without lag.
