Industry 4.0 Course Trainer Needed
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m putting together a 40-hour Industry 4.0 programme for our entire workforce, from entry-level staff right up to senior management, and I’m looking for a trainer who can design and deliver it in a truly engaging, hybrid format. Roughly 75-80% of the contact hours will happen on-site, the rest through live, interactive online sessions, so you’ll need to be comfortable switching between classroom facilitation and virtual delivery tools such as Zoom, Teams or similar.
Core content must revolve around three pillars:
• IoT and smart manufacturing
• Big data and analytics
• Cyber-physical systems
I expect practical demonstrations, real-world case studies and hands-on exercises that make these topics tangible for a mixed-experience audience. Please weave in the latest tools, standards and best practices you use in your own projects so participants see how theory meets the shop floor.
Deliverables I’ll review for acceptance:
1. Detailed syllabus and time allocation before kick-off
2. Slide deck and participant workbooks (PDF & editable source)
3. At least two guided lab activities per pillar, with datasets or simulation files included
4. Short knowledge checks or quizzes for each module, plus a final assessment
5. Session recordings and reference links after each hybrid class
If this aligns with your expertise, tell me about similar programmes you’ve run, the tools you prefer for hands-on labs, and any certifications you hold that reinforce your Industry 4.0 credibility.
