Excel Data Format Cleanup

I have a spreadsheet that’s already populated but riddled with inconsistent date formats, stray spaces, mixed-case text, and other small but annoying inconsistencies that stop formulas and filters from working correctly. All the records must stay exactly as they are—no additions or deletions—yet every value should follow a single, clean standard once you are done.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Open the file in Excel (or compatible tool) and correct every formatting issue you find—dates, numbers, phone formats, text case, trailing spaces, misplaced punctuation, and similar quirks.
• Keep the data structure intact so nothing shifts out of its original column or row.
• Return the cleaned workbook along with a short changelog sheet noting the main fixes applied and any edge cases I should double-check.
If you can automate part of the process with formulas, Power Query, or VBA, great—just include the code or steps so I can reuse them later. Once everything reads consistently, I’ll run a quick spot-check, and if it passes, your job is done.
