I'm seeking an expert with strong data analysis and management skills to build a comprehensive dataset. This dataset will integrate data from ANG (2019) Culture, legal origins, and financial development. Economic Inquiry, v. 57, n. 2, p. 1016-1037, and MAHONEY (2001) The common law and economic growth: Hayek might be right. The Journal of Legal Studies, v. 30, n. 2, p. 503-525, as well as the Economic Freedom Index from the Heritage or Fraser Institute, and the World Justice Project (WJP) Rule of Law Index.
The dataset should include:
- All available data points from ANG (2019) and MAHONEY (2001), but updated to the most recent available data.
- Both the overall score and individual component scores from the Economic Freedom Index
- Both the overall score and individual factors scores from the WJP Rule of Law Index
Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience with data manipulation and dataset construction
- Proficiency in using data analysis software
- Previous experience working with the specified datasets is a plus
